原因分析：系统选项设置的销售出库单由销售模块生成，但操作员做了7月份发货单却在6月份审核了发货单并生成销售出库单，导致6月份数据不对。

问题解答：可通过脚本查询出跨月审核的单据，脚本如下：select rd.ccode 销售出库单据号,rd.ddate 销售出库单日期,b.cdlcode 发货单据号,b.ddate 发货单日期 from rdrecord rd inner join rdrecords rds on rd.id=rds.id right outer join (dispatchlists a inner join dispatchlist b on a.dlid=b.dlid) on rds.iDLsID=a.iDLsID where rd.cvouchtype='32' and month(isnull(rd.ddate,0))<>month(b.ddate) order by rds.iDLsID对这些发货单弃审重新在7月份审核即可
